Every newborn session...
...is my favorite newborn session. Except this one really was one of my favorites! Little Miss E. came into my studio with her pretty mama (she looked so amazing...some women are just blessed!) for a mommy and me newborn shoot. I was also so excited when her mama told me that her nursery is yellow with sunshine and sunflowers as the theme. For those of you who know me well, you know that I'm a little obsessed with the color yellow. It is just such a happy color. It's like warm sunshine. So I was more than happy to work in a yellow, sunflower-themed set.
I also had to get some snaps with my new panda bear newborn lovey. I like to get a lovey "set" in every newborn session because is anything cuter than a brand new baby holding a baby-sized lovey? Okay, well maybe a newborn in a bear ear hat! Who can choose?
Anyway, Little E. loved being wrapped, so we got several different wrapped shots, which is good, because somehow wrapped poses are usually my favorite. And then we got a more unposed shot in this gorgeous green against the flokati. More and more, I'm finding that I also really love to capture newborns unposed--give them a chance to shine as unique new little personalities!
Welcome to the world Little Miss E!
