It is really such a joy...

...to share galleries with families. But even better than that is delivering gorgeous heirloom wall art and albums. I have to admit that sometimes when I'm a client, I tend to think 'just give me the digitals,' but then a lot of those pictures hang out forever on my hard drive because I don't get around to ordering the print products! And that is one reason why it is just lovely to leave the administrivia of ordering to the photographer. Plus we have access to the best professional print labs. For my heirloom vignette sessions, wall art is part of the package. And back to this particular session, I just delivered the gorgeous prints to mom and dad on Saturday, and they are already adorning wall. And these prints are meant to be cherished for years and passed down through the generations.

I have had the pleasure of working with little D and E a few times before, and they are always so sweet. Aren't their curls beautiful? I feel like D looks like a romantic-era composer in his side profile. And little E. is just lovely and sits/poses beautifully. And again, those curls! I'm so glad that we were able to capture them in this season of their lives with these heirloom vignettes. They are really the perfect ages.

So, if you are on the fence about booking an heirloom session, don't wait. Your children will grow out of the age before you know it! It is an investment, yes, but at the end of it, you have beautiful wall art of your dear babies to enjoy for years to come.
