Every newborn that comes...


...into my studio is special and unique, but I think we'd all have to agree that this little girl has about the best hair ever on a newborn! I have an affinity for babies with lush, dark hair, as my oldest daughter came out with a head of thick, dark brown hair--which was rather a surprise to her blondish father and me! So yes, I was delighted with Miss H. and when her parents asked to do more headbands instead of hats so that we could show off all her gorgeous hair!


Naturally, I'm a few weeks behind on blogging this session, but oh my goodness, it definitely has been one of my favorites! I love working with growing families, meeting lovely new parents and brand new babies. And little Miss. H. even brought her auntie, visiting from out of town, to her session (and she helped me by being my spotter for the bucket pose).
